Oversee the operations of a Ready To Drink coffee brewery production plant to manufacture products for consumers including International Delight, Aldi's and Kroger. Oversee production machinery in a high paced environment in a safe manner, adhering to factory GMP's, OSHA and National USDA and FDA standards. Communicate with operators and maintenance to fix machines back into production mode.
Facilitate and plan with Management to schedule production plans, goals and direction of the plant. Complete weekly payroll duties of over 20 employees. Work with Quality and Sanitation to maintain a top tier product, doing necessary can tear-downs ensuring product specifications.
Moniter M.U.V. (material usage variances) and improve cost control, managing inventory as efficiently as possible. Train production team members on safety practices and equipment.
