I have worked in many aspects of customer service. I have always been seen as a very forward thinker that exhibits a positive team attitude with excellent problem solving skills and a proficient self-starter. I have extensive background training of over 30 years in providing excellent customer service and satisfaction. I hold a Master’s of Sociology which has enhanced my skillset with customers and team members alike. I am passionate about horses and love all Professional Sporting Events.
