As the Director of People Ops, my goal is to improve team members' life cycle & productivity at my org (recruitment to retirement). Some of my main responsibilities include:

• partnering with managers and directors to fill open roles
• providing an exceptional onboarding experience
• overseeing the quarterly employee review cycles
• managing hourly & salary payroll
• creating and implementing new policies as necessary
• conducting employee performance/conduct meetings
• assist with employee performance issues and provide mediation
• being the HR representation on the SLT, providing recommendations on salary adjustments, policy updates, or other employee-related topics in order to create a fully people-centric environment.
