Allow me to provide a brief summary of my career to date.
My career has been rich and fulfilling, beginning as an electrical engineer at SatCon, a start-up where I designed, built, and tested unique motors and drives. This experience led to the creation of a Formula-One race car, over 10 patents, a NASA award, and invaluable learning.
After earning my MBA, I joined John Deere, where one of my most enriching role was when I led a team to enter the Indian market. I later took an expat assignment, and the first employee in India, I worked in a factory producing construction equipment, gaining unique experiences along the way.
I then transitioned back to a product leader role, focusing on product management, engineering, and marketing. This position honed my skills in understanding deep customer needs and critical success factors, allowing me to approach projects from a systems perspective. A key learning from this role was thriving amidst change—new industries, technologies, and people.
Most recently, I worked for a leading company in wastewater collection system monitoring, providing hardware, software, and services. My work incorporated machine learning, prognostics, and diagnostics. As the lead for new product development of a remote RTU and smart sensors, I led the team in updating our technology stack with Digital Twin technology to ensure our value proposition—Flexible, Reliable, and Easy to Use.
