I am finishing up my AA in Information of Technology, then join the Bachelors program for cybersecurity. Along the way I am going to start working on my Comptia Network+ certification.
I have been working mostly in jobs involving a lot of customer service. I am currently working for Miami Parking Authority as a customer service monitor where we operate multiple garages and use alot of word and excel and also handle alot of customer complaints and work heavily with enforcement officers.
I am finishing up my AA in Information of Technology then going to start working on my Bachelors in Cyber Securit’s. As well to expand my knowledge in the cyber security field I am working on getting my certification for Comptia Network+.
