Grace Elderkin

My background is in corporate consulting, where I spent most of my career building software platforms. I worked at Accenture for ten years in client-facing roles on technical implementations. I developed deep expertise in Product Management and Agile best practices. For years, I’ve taken on Product Manager roles; even when those words weren’t in the position title, the principles have been the same: be the strategic and functional owner of a vision for a product or offering, get it out into the market and work to refine it as we went. I’ve always had a knack for helping end users articulate their vision and translate that into a living Product Backlog to bring to life with my development colleagues. My goal is to work for a company with a meaningful mission where I can contribute and be challenged.

After 10 years at Accenture as a business and technology integration consultant, I left to start an interior design firm. I wanted to try something completely different that had always interested me to stimulate different parts of my brain and really evaluate what was important to me in my career. After running my business for two years, I've decided I want to return to my favorite part of my former consulting work: Product Management, which I always found deeply rewarding and interesting.
