Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering with research interests in reinforcement learning and sequential decision-making under uncertainty. My work develops reliable learning and decision-making methods for settings with limited data and uncertain system dynamics. My research spans risk-sensitive and offline reinforcement learning, diffusion-based deep generative modeling, and POMDP-based sequential decision-making, with a particular interest in personalized clinical decision-making and healthcare applications such as lung cancer screening.
