My name is Grace, and I currently enrolled in the undergraduate Honor's program at Palm Beach Atlantic University. Throughout my college experience, I intend to gain experience in the workforce and develop professional skills. I have been a server for about three years now; I love working in customer service and working as a team with likeminded individuals. I am passionate about helping others, hoping to make the world a more positive and uplifting place.
First began working as a server in 2020 at Duffy's Sports Grill in West Palm Beach, FL. This was a busy sports bar located in the center of West Palm Beach. I learned how to handle stressful atmospheres and work well under pressure.
Enjoyed my experience and worked there for a little over a year, until I returned home to New York in the Summer. I began working as a server at Anker in Greenport, NY in summers 2021 and 2022. This is an upscale, fine-dining seafood restaurant in Eastern Long Island.
I learned how to serve in a proper setting, incorporating daily specials, and adapting well to change. When I returned to Florida after the summer, I began working as a cocktail waitress at Treehouse by Canopy. This job greatly increased my alcoholic beverage knowledge.
I also enjoyed the busy night-life atmosphere.
Currently enrolled in the undergraduate English, B.S. Program at Palm Beach Atlantic University.
