I'm a real estate agent and closed enough transactions to learn and became a professional in real estate business. I've done more than 20 transactions completed buying and selling homes during that 5 years including one in the new home in La Habra.
I'm passionate enough to start the real estate business starting as door-knocker. My first transaction happened within 8 months of starting the business closing a client whom I met through door-knock which was worth a million-dollar 4 plex apartment unit. After that, I kept door knocking and built my client relationship through constant follow ups.
I'm a goal - driven achiever who is passionate about helping people in whatever they need. I feel great whenever I see people satisfied of service and closing a deal makes me feel alive which excites me more to work better.
The skills that I could be used for the sales are three. First one is fluency in 2 languages: English and Korean. Second one is that I'm very friendly and nice to clients. Lastly, my follow ups are never ending until I hear the client says “I've found another property, sorry I'm not interested”. I'm soft yet aggressive on sales follow ups.
