- Hiring Coordinator (November 2022-August 2024)
- Managed a team of 5 people where we tracked shifts, call-offs, request-offs, and schedule changes of the hiring team using Excel to keep the team running smoothly.
- Approved, manually logged, and corrected timesheets for over 30 individuals using the Workforce program.
- Coordinated the outreach and recruitment efforts, as well as tabling events, for current students, incoming freshmen, international students, and transfer students interested in working with culinary services or curious about the services offered by them.

Athens-Hocking Solid Waste District | Nelsonville, OH May 2023 – August 2023
- Conducted surveys with patrons at various recycling drop-off locations to engage with them about what they did or did not like about the current recycling program.
- Educated patrons by going through their recycling with them to discuss what is and is not recyclable.
- Analyzed and discussed data after the project to break down patterns to improve future projects and programs for the district.
Athens-Hocking Solid Waste District | Nelsonville, OH Intern February 2023 – May 2023
- Analyzed 100, 35 question survey responses and boke them down into categories using Excel and its Analysis Toolpak. They were then tuned into graphs, charts, and tables.
- Created a presentation based on and utilizing answers from the conducted survey.
- Presented the survey findings to the Athens-Hocking Committee Board to aide in Athens-Hocking Solid Waste District’s mission of “eliminating adverse impacts of waste materials on public health and the environment… by providing information and opportunities, expertise to businesses and residents, and providing programs that support sustainable practices”.
