I am currently a Leasing Agent for ZRS Management in St. Petersburg FL where I handle the day to day leasing in the community Aura@4th (150-unit property ). I started my current role in June of 2024 giving me a year and 6 months of experience in the property management industry.

I've achieved a 99% occupancy rate and continuosly kept above the budgetted 94% occupancy through 2025. I believe that my background in marketing, sales, and years in customer service helped me become successful in the industry. I am looking to step up my role from a leasing agent to an assistant property manager in the Lakeland area as I will be relocating there in January of 2026.
