I am a hard-working, rising Senior in the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with majors in Finance and Management. I possess strong experience, interest, and passion in the real estate industry. This summer I hope to continue my real estate education here in DC.
My experiences - from opening doors in New York City while in high school, to analytical modeling of low-income housing projects in the District, to active financial modeling in the classroom – prepared me to take the next step in my career. I do not shy away from challenges, and embrace the detailed work needed to succeed. As a dual major, I bring a firm understanding of the business knowledge needed to meet the basic requirements of a real estate position.
However, pairing my Georgetown education with on-the-job experience separates me from other candidates. While attending high school in New York City, I gained a ground level look at real estate rental properties through property showings. Last summer, I furthered my experience behind the scenes by creating detailed visuals on low-income housing projects for a small real-estate firm in D.C.’s southwest.
In an internship, I seek to gain broad exposure to larger acquisitions, and develop strong interpersonal skills with top-tier professionals.
