- Handled getting orders prepared to be shipped to different locations. Made sure orders were accurately prepared for the customers. As a lead I had many responsibilities to ensure employees were doing our jobs and duties correctly and safely preforming the tasks at hand. Responsibilities were to get the lines running at the start of shift. To ensure the lines were running properly and efficiently to make sure product was being properly made and handled.
- As a quality tech you have to ensure product is being cooked and made properly, temps are being monitored during the process. Making sure lines are being cleaned and picked up when switching to different products.

- Dealt with receiving and shipping of product. Handled the preparation of products in each individual package. As well as preparation of pallets of product for shipments.

- As a Manager at Wendy's, my primary position was to supervise, coordinate, and delegate both opening and closing responsibilities and procedures: Food safety, cleanliness, timely open and closes, along with proper cash regulatory managing. My job not only dealt with my team, but most importantly, it dealt with keeping our customers happy. When complaints did occur, I handled them in a professional manner and did what I could do to accommodate the customer to ensure we exceed our customer services.
