I work for Teletec but am currently contracted with Hims/Hers Telemedicine. I am a customer service representative. My daily tasks consist of helping customers with their accounts, notifying a medical provider if a customer has a request, and issuing refunds. The contract with Hims/Hers in ending soon is the reason I will not be there anymore.

I switched from Sitel to Catapult as a contractor but working at the same company called Intuit. When I first started with them I was hired on as a LDR. My job was to call leads and schedule meetings for the sales consultants. I was then promoted to a Small Business Sales Consultant where I have conversations with customer's about their QuickBooks program to make sure it was meeting their needs for their business. The only reason I left Catapult is because I got sick and needed time to heal.

When I first started with this company it was known as Sykes and is now called SITEL. I started out as a phone sales rep then in Oct of 2021 they switched me to chat sales for Intuit selling Quickbooks Online. In the summer of 2022, they canceled the sales contract with SITEL, and they sent us all to Quickbooks desktop support. I am trained in sales and desktop support with payroll training as well.

Through Nexrep they contracted with American Home Shield which is a homeowner's insurance for appliances. My responsibility with them was to sell or renew insurance packages for customers. I also handled claims for customer's if they had an appliance breakdown I scheduled the appointments for the appliance repair company to go to the clients home to fix the issue.
