I've over 30+ years experience of working in the hospitality industry. My grandparents had a concession stand in Lakeside Mall where I ran the register beginning when I was around 7. I started large volume cooking with my mother for her catering company and being responsible for banquets starting around 16 years old. I've run the gamut from dishwasher, server, line cook and prep cook, management.
30+ years in restaurant environs and private catering events. I have done it all; dishwasher to hostess, prep cook and line, table service, bartender and management.
