Current Role: Planning Consultant: A sole proprietor focused on supporting private and public sector clients’ land development and urban planning needs. Services include floodplain management, compliance with the NFIP, assistance with CRS programs for local governments, LOMA, LOMR, CLOMR application preparation, assist with Community Assistance Visits, and hazard mitigation planning. In addition to preparing land entitlement and permit applications, providing project management and coordination with other design professionals on behalf of private clients, research and analysis of land use issues, preparing land use & zoning applications for conceptual plan approval, master planning new communities, and PUD development.
Assisting municipalities with compliance review of development applications and prepare amendments to municipal regulatory documents. Assist in reviewing and writing public policy for communities and on behalf of private clients.
