About

I’m a heart-forward, detail-loving behavioral-health human who has spent the last 7+ years helping people feel safe, supported, and actually seen in substance-use and mental-health treatment settings. I’m the girl who can calm a crisis, fix a chart, answer three phones, and still crack a joke that makes someone breathe again. People call me “the calm in the storm” — but let’s be honest, I’m also the cheerleader of the clinic, the one who brings warmth, humor, and structure to the chaos.

I’m great with EMRs, documentation, and accuracy, and while I haven’t used Salesforce yet, I’m already diving into tutorials because if I’m going to do something, I’m going to show up ready. I completed my SMART Recovery Facilitator Certification in May 2026, and I’m finishing my Peer Recovery Specialist Certification exam next. I love learning, I love people, and I love making the office feel like the one steady, welcoming place in someone’s very messy day.

MY MISSION My mission is simple: help people get the care they deserve, with compassion, clarity, and zero judgment. This isn’t just a job for me — it’s my purpose in life. I believe healing happens when someone feels safe enough to exhale, and I show up every day with that energy.

Whether I’m updating charts, fixing data errors, supporting admissions, or helping a patient through a shaky moment, I do it with heart, humor, and urgency. I’m here to make care smoother, communication clearer, and people’s lives a little lighter — one accurate chart, one kind interaction, one steady moment at a time.
