About
With a strong background in customer service and a proven track record of maintaining positive relationships with both clients and colleagues, I believe I would be a valuable addition to your team.
Recently, I made a significant career change, transitioning from a 23-year tenure in IT management to focus on health and wellness. I am a recent graduate of massage therapy school, where I excelled with an A GPA. During my 94 hours of clinicals, all client reviews were consistently positive.
I bring not only excellent customer service skills but also a strong commitment to continuous learning. I am an adept and fast learner, finding joy in both helping and teaching others. I am excited about the opportunity to bring my skills and enthusiasm to a team that shares my values.
