For 25 years, I have hones my baking skills, one technique at a time. I have an incredibly dee love for baking and making good food in general. My professional experience in quality control contributes to my kitchen skills and my chemistry knowledge and creativity have allowed me to compose countless original recipes.
I have been in quality control and data analysis for nearly a decade in the banking industry, in Know Your Customer/due diligence and Anti Money Laundering with Chase Bank, Bank of the West and BMO Harris. Before that, I was a shift supervisor at Starbucks Coffee, which gave me a deep appreciation for bespoke, hand crafted consumables and taught me to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency.
My baking education has been in my own kitchen, over 25 years, making anything from bread and cakes to French Patisserie. I did graduate Magna Cum Laude from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in Russian Studies, Security and Intelligence, and Linguistics.
