Safety Manager and Trainer / School Bus Driver

I have been a school bus driver for five years and a safety manager/trainer for four years. In addition to safely transporting students, I train and certify newly licensed drivers to Anne Arundel County Public School (AACPS) standards. This role requires me to maintain knowledge of current laws, policies and regulations. Additionally, I am responsible for completing post-accident paperwork and remedial training as necessary, including annual on-board performance reviews for each driver. I am looking for a new opportunity where I can hit the grounding running, learn new skills, and cultivate a long-term career.
