• Defect Management: Identify non-conformities, document deficiencies, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and verify root causes. Oversee the timely correction of all punch-list items.
• Safety & Compliance: Monitor the jobsite to ensure strict compliance with OSHA standards and local, state, and federal building codes
