I am currently a sophomore Biomedical Engineering major at Florida State University. I have 3+ years of customer service experience working at restaurants. I am a hardworking and dedicated individual, work very well with others, and am eager to learn, as well as improve my skills.
My experience in the customer service industry includes over 2 years at Frank and Danny’s pizzeria, in my hometown Staten Island, New York. I have almost 1 year of experience working at Brooklyn Pizza at FSU. This experience has taught me how to effectively serve customers, demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, settle customer conflicts, and work effectively with others. I have trained numerous other employees, and am always looking to improve my skills in the workplace.
I am a Sophomore at Florida State University, with an expected graduation date of May, 2026.
