Most recently, I've been employed with Best Crown Management where I am a Supervisor. I provide safe and friendly environments for our fans, assist them with any needs or resources, supervise sometimes 50+ people. Escort and assist fans to seats and other common areas, scan tickets and utilize metal detectors, make quick analytical decisions, always thank fans for coming and to drive home safely. I also like to use humor in my communication with fans.
Secondly, I work independently as a tutor and contractor for Beaufort Community College. There I, Instruct students in Career Development, Microsoft Office Applications, Customer Service and Google Apps.
