I possess over 5 years of customer service and data entry experience in a variety of fields. I have an extreme passion for helping individuals. Some of the skills I possess are multi-tasking, de-escalation, empathy, data entry, and general office administration duties. I would love the opportunity to express more of my abilities and experience.

My most recent roles were short-term, temporary roles. I was a Technical Support Advisor for 6 months. Prior to that, I was a Temporary Report Analyst for roughly 3 months. I would be more than happy to share some more of my most previous roles.

I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Child Development and Family Studies from North Carolina A&T SU. I am currently enrolled at Wake Technical College to receive my A.A.S in Medical Office Administration.
