Highly experienced Loss Mitigation Supervisor with strong knowledge of FHA, USDA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, underwriting and servicing guidelines for delinquent and current loans. Proficient in Non-QM and Jumbo Underwriting, extensive knowledge of mortgage credit processing, risk assessment, income, credit analysis and documentation review.
