I’m passionate about providing excellent support and creating positive experiences for those I work with. I bring strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset to every team I join. I enjoy problem-solving, learning new things, and helping others succeed. Outside of work, I’m always looking for ways to grow personally and professionally, and I love contributing to a positive, productive work environment.

I have hands-on experience supporting children with diverse learning and developmental needs in educational and home settings. I’ve assisted in implementing behavior support plans, facilitated individualized learning activities, and collaborated closely with families, teachers, and therapists to promote skill development and positive outcomes. Through these experiences, I’ve developed strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of individualized support strategies for students with special needs.

I’m dedicated to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

I am currently pursuing a double major in Education and Psychology at Arizona State University, where I am gaining a strong foundation in teaching strategies, child development, and behavior analysis. My coursework equips me with the knowledge and skills to support diverse learners, understand individual needs, and implement effective educational and behavioral interventions.
