Huy Le

I am a mechanical engineer student from the University of Washington - Seattle campus. From my previous internship experience, I am aspiring to become a mechanical design engineer when I get finish my degree.

• Created multiple part drawings while applying GD&T per ASME Y14.5 2018 in SolidWorks
• Produced multiple detail assembly drawings consisting of stacked balloons, exploded lines, and Bill of Materials
• Designed a pneumatic tubing system through using the 3D sketch tool and the weldment tool 
• Utilized SolidWorks Composer and Word to create work constructions and build plan to support the manufacturing team
• Collaborated closely with the manufacturing and procurement team to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges to decrease lead time
• Assisted electrical engineers in HIPOT testing to determine there is no arcing from looking for sharp edges where corona might happen. 
• Aid Technicians in pressing spark gaps, putting snubbers, and pneumatic system for the capacitor banks
• Ran experiments and wrote a formal of reports of findings for the team for appropriate steps moving forward
