Registered Nurse with 11 years of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in home health and hospice, pulmonary care, clinical office, and long-term care settings. In home health, and hospice I provided independent patient care including comprehensive assessments, medication management, wound care, IV therapy, diabetic education, and coordination with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
