Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, I am committed to furthering my skills and advancing my career in the construction and facilities management industry. With 16 years of maintenance management expertise, I have held key roles in high-end residential, hotel, and commercial properties. My experience includes:

• Maintenance Manager: Currently overseeing inspections, preventive maintenance, team supervision, and vendor coordination for luxury apartments.
• Chief Engineer: Directed maintenance teams for resorts and hotels, managed budgets, and optimized operations, achieving high satisfaction rankings.
• Project Manager: Managed marble countertop projects, from client consultations to installation and quality control.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Project Management at the College of Southern Nevada, building on my strong technical foundation. I hold an Associate's degree and multiple certifications, including Residential & Commercial HVAC Technician Certification, EPA Universal & R-410A Certification, and National & Nevada Pool Certification. My education equips me with the technical expertise and project management skills necessary to excel in construction and facilities management.
