Directed the planning and execution of the second annual MEDLYMPICS: OUTWIT, OUTPLAY, OUTHEAL, coordinating a multidisciplinary organizing team to deliver a large-scale, game-based medical education competition that strengthened clinical reasoning, teamwork, and collaboration among medical students. Founded a peer tutoring program spanning all five years of the MBBS curriculum, establishing a structured mentorship network that paired senior and junior students to reinforce core concepts, promote collaborative learning, and improve academic accessibility.
