As an HR analyst focused on transitioning into health informatics, I bring a unique foundation of clinical experience as a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant combined with proven analytics capabilities developed through 7+ years in talent data and workforce analytics.
As an OTA, I spent 5+ years providing patient care across multiple healthcare settings—documenting in EHR systems, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, analyzing patient outcomes, and experiencing firsthand the daily challenges clinicians face with healthcare technology.
