As an Associate on Silicon Valley Bank’s Corporate Banking team, I specialize in structuring and underwriting credit facilities for middle-market technology companies. I have a robust background in corporate banking, credit analysis, and direct lending, currently serving as an Associate at Silicon Valley Bank. My expertise includes underwriting senior credit facilities and sub-debt solutions for middle-market technology companies with revenues exceeding $75 million on an annualized basis. In this role I am responsible for leading financial diligence, risk assessments, and credit committee presentations for high-profile deals, including restructures and pre-IPO financing.

I have a proven track record in financial modeling, covenant analyses, and market research, supporting complex transactions such as a new $300 million revolving line of credit and a $200 million debt restructure. Additionally, I have contributed to building SVB’s late-stage cash flow lending team and co-managing the analyst training program. I am proficient in financial tools like Microsoft Office Suite, S&P CapitalIQ, and Moody’s CreditLens, and have hands-on experience with diverse client portfolios in various tech and life sciences sectors.

I graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in June 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Development, earning a 3.79 GPA. I pursued minors in Environmental Studies and Mandarin Chinese, completing relevant coursework in areas such as Sustainable Financial Techniques, Developmental Economics, Global Sustainable Solutions, and Business Chinese.
