• Served as Head of Traffic Investigations and lead Traffic Collision Investigator during a high-tempo combat deployment, supporting incidents involving military personnel, government vehicles, equipment, property damage, base infrastructure, and operational-safety concerns.
• Responded to collision scenes, secured and documented evidence, photographed roadway and vehicle conditions, collected statements and driver information, reviewed records, assessed damage, and prepared formal investigative reports for command review.
• Planned, coordinated, and conducted a month-long traffic study on a U.S. military installation in Jordan; analyzed traffic flow, recurring hazards, signage, and traffic-control needs in coordination with the Directorate of Public Works and military leadership.
