Jacob Child

I am a recently graduated Masters in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in and passion for Aerodynamics and Fluid Dynamics. I solve hard problems for things that fly, float, swim, or flow!

I have had a mix of past internship and other educational experiences, with a focus on both computational and experimental aerodynamics. I have done everything from designing and prototyping model wind turbine blades for a competition to making a digital twin of a wind tunnel and simulating it on a super computer for 8 days.

Completed a Masters Degree at Brigham Young University in Mechanical Engineering with a fluid dynamics emphasis. My Masters Research was experimentally based (wind and water tunnel testing) and I presented my research at two conferences and will publish two papers.
