I have been a baker for over 13 years, with experience including an AOS in Baking & Pastry Arts from the Culinary Institute of America. Baking is a passion that has led me down a path to perfect products, time lines, and techniques.
I have been educating myself through technical school programs and Culinary colleges since 2011. I started interning at bakeries through the technical school I attended, and have been working in bakeries starting from the bottom and working my way up to the title of Master Baker.
I obtained an AOS in Baking and Pastry Arts from the Culinary Institute of America, after I attended the Center for Technology, Essex in Vermont for 3 years in the Food & Beverage program.
