As a Business Development Advisor at Ultimate Medical Academy (UMA), I specialize in building strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations to create career pathways for our graduates. UMA is a nonprofit Allied Health school offering a range of healthcare degree programs—from entry-level certifications to associate degrees—designed to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry.

In my role, I connect motivated, career-ready graduates with meaningful employment opportunities across various sectors of healthcare. I work closely with hiring managers and healthcare employers to understand their workforce needs, then match them with UMA graduates who bring specialized training, a strong work ethic, and a passion for patient care.
