I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic business consultant with more than 25 years of international experience. Having strong strategy leadership on market and business growth, executing high quality services on demanding challenges, in several industries.

As well as, with great knowledge of USGAAP - IFRS and GAS and mergers & acquisitions. I was, also, member of the Accounting Principles Board of The Venezuelan Accounting Federation and a speaker in several professional events.

I received my Public Accountant degree at the Central University of Venezuela, Caracas Venezuela. I attended as participant or instructor several, management, leadership, auditing, financial planning, financial information systems seminars in the USA, Europe and in Venezuela. I also participated in the Executive Strategy Leadership Training at the Harvard Business University in Boston, USA.
