I have over a decade of diverse experience in permitting, project management, utility coordination, and technical support. In my most recent roles, I’ve specialized in permit coordination and regulatory compliance, managing residential construction permits with D.R. Horton and overseeing permitting workflows for fiber optic and 5G infrastructure projects at NB+C.

These roles strengthened my ability to interpret technical plans, collaborate with engineers and municipal reviewers, and streamline complex approval processes.

As a Project Manager with Tel-Net Group, I led installations of security, networking, and access control systems, coordinating field teams, site walks, and client communications. Earlier in my career, I gained valuable experience in operations, customer service, and technical design through roles such as Business Operations Associate at TEKsystems and Graphic Designer/Prepress Technician/IT Technician at Chesapeake Publishing.

Across all of my positions, I’ve consistently demonstrated strengths in organization, communication, and stakeholder coordination. I am also proficient in permitting platforms (TOPS, SiteTracker, Alden One, Bluebeam), Microsoft Office, and CAD collaboration. My background shows a proven ability to manage projects from initiation to completion while maintaining compliance, efficiency, and excellent service.
