I am a current senior at the University of Maryland Robert H.
School of Business, completing my Bachelor of Science in Finance and Information Systems in May 2025.
My academic foundation in information systems and data analytics, combined with my professional experiences in business operations and finance, will allow me to effectively contribute in an analytical role. I am eager to apply my skills in financial analysis and data analytics in a collaborative and professional business environment.
As a capital markets and brokerage intern at KLNB Commercial Real Estate, I gained experience in maximizing building valuations and leveraging assets to give our clients the highest returns on their investments. As an accounting intern for Wolfe & Fiedler P.A., I worked directly with the firm's principals to analyze client financial statements, providing recommendations for improving business operations.
Through my academic career and internship experiences, I have developed a strong skill set in problem-solving, team collaboration, data analytics, and financial analysis that I believe will benefit a prospective company.
During the capstone project I completed, I worked with a real manufacturing middleman company to design and implement a project management solution to improve operational efficiency and data collection/visualization. I performed business analysis by conducting interviews and client meetings, then built a sales database, project database, and client portal using SQL, HTML, and Python to analyze the company's data. I also connected this data to a newly renovated company website so all admins can view it.
During my internship at KLNB Commercial Real Estate I analyzed lease data, market trends and cap rates to evaluate building performance and make recommendations to increase asset value. I worked closely with brokers and landlords, gaining practical experience in market analysis, valuation and report writing.
I’ve also supported operations and tax analysis roles which helped me hone my attention to detail and understanding of business processes. I’m proficient in SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel Solver and Tableau and I enjoy working with data to find insights, solve problems and add value to any team I’m part of.
I am a soon-to-be graduate from the University of Maryland - College Park, Robert H. Smith School of Business, where I will be receiving my Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Information Systems.
