I have 20 years professional work experience including 8 in Management. I am focused on the well being of clients while working within the company’s guidelines. I offer hard work, dedication, honesty, trustworthiness, and a strong set of problem solving skills.

I believe in following up on any action taken to correct any issues. I am heavy on accountability in the aspect of coaching employees up or out. I'm experienced in cross- departmental communication building trust between departments and employees.

Familiar with balancing a budget to maximize revenue, minimizing costs, and forecasting. Enthusiastic, professional in appearance and manner, I am competent and dependable in all job situations. I have an Associates in Business Administration and I'm several classes away from attaining my Bachelor's in Human Resource Management.

• I offer recommendations to improve speed, quality and effectiveness of the department procedures.

• I inspect areas of responsibility several times daily to ensure that standards of cleaning and targeted performance standards are met. This includes black light inspections and Safety Walks.
• Conduct and document regular staff meetings communicating policy/procedure changes, operational updates and team problem solving. Encourages and supports staff input to promote an inclusive work environment
• I also plan out the scheduling to accommodate vacations and absences to make sure our daily goals are met.

  I have five plus years experience in MS Office, Access, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Certified Specialist in Microsoft Word. Honored with award of Who’s Who in Americas Junior Colleges.
