James Askelson

A full-stack engineer from Lafayette, Louisiana, I started my journey attending the App Academy bootcamp. At this bootcamp, I learned both JavaScript and Python, of which I used both in several Full-Stack Web Apps, using tech stacks such as React and Redux/Express.js and React and Redux/Flask. After graduating, I've been learning both Java/Springboot and Next.js in my free time. For enjoyment, I enjoy both exercising, walks near the local scenic routes, and video games.

I worked at Zea Rotisserie and Grill for 4 years as a Dishwasher.

I attended the App Academy Full-Stack Software Engineering bootcamp, where I earned a certificate of completion.
