I am a graduate from the Western Michigan School of Law, and I currently practice as an attorney in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with primary focuses in Labor and Employment Law, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Contract Law, Social Security Disability, and Business Organization. I also presently serve as the Education Liaison for the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section and serve on multiple boards in Lebanon and Lancaster County.
Provide legal representation and counsel to both employers and employees in cases involving workplace safety, disability, employee leave, workplace harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, and more. Expertise in written and verbal communication, strong knowledge of state and federal laws, and excellent research and negotiation skills.
