I have a decade-worth of progressive sales finance experience to bring to the table. In the last ten years, I have managed and maintained our company's sales log and served as a Commission Analyst for over 400+ sales reps all over the world in a fast-paced environment. I know the world of sales finance, especially commissions, is always evolving. This is a challenge I've consistently met in the past, and I am prepared to meet in the future.

Financial Analyst - Commissions at CoStar Group, Inc (2021-08 – 2024-11)
Daily responsibilities included calculating and auditing monthly commissions for 400+ sales reps, regional directors, and regional vice presidents. My portfolio included CoStar US/Canada/UK, CoStar Inside Sales, LoopNet UK, & STR. Expert in adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Each team in my portfolio had its own unique commission plan to suit each team's needs, strengths, and weaknesses. I was in charge of implementing plans which could change significantly at a moment's notice. On various occasions I've had to adapt my workbooks due to a plan changing within 48 hours of a payroll deadline.
While revenue is all reported in USD, commissions are all calculated in local currencies. I was responsible for sales reps from the following countries: United States
Sales Reporting Analyst at CoStar Group, Inc (2017-02 – 2021-08)
Daily responsibilities included managing and maintaining our Multifamily sales log. I oversaw the preparation of monthly Multifamily net new reporting, as well as weekly/monthly audits. In November 2017, I took over the daily/weekly/monthly reporting of LoopNet net new.
During this period, I revamped and streamlined these processes so that they take considerably less time to complete. These duties were previously performed by the VP, Finance. I compiled data and prepared weekly sales metrics reports to be reviewed by the Chief Financial Officer.
Contract Specialist at CoStar Group, Inc (2015-01 – 2017-02)
Main responsibilities included the timely processing of ecommerce invoices and credit memos, as per the requests of the Member Services department. I became the only non-supervisor/manager on my team to be well-versed in all three of our department's billing systems. I was the sole contract specialist responsible for the month-end close of CoStar's CityFeet vertical.
I was also the sole person responsible for the daily invoicing of CoStar's BizBuySell, BizQuest, & Land and Farms verticals. In under a year, I added additional responsibilities previously belonging to the Contracts Supervisor.
These responsibilities included: reviewing my peers' month-end correcting journal entries; daily ecommerce billing reconciliation; reviewing manual contracts/processing related to advertising.
Accountant at Washington Nationals Baseball Club (2011-03 – 2014-12)
Responsibilities included invoicing and collections, assisting the Senior Accountant with reconciling petty cash and bank accounts. I was also responsible for preparing cash/check deposits and reconciling credit card accounts. Other duties included reviewing expense reports, month-end, and quarterly reconciliation, as well as maintaining documents for the Year-End Audit.
I was responsible for daily game revenue audits, and I was one of two people responsible for directly managing the finances of our Major League Baseball Club, as well as our minor league affiliates.
Accounts Payable Specialist at Washington Nationals Baseball Club (2008-09 – 2011-03)
Responsibilities included creating and submitting journal entries to management, and processing invoices into the company's computer system. My responsibilities also included working on bank reconciliations, and processing expense reports for scouts and baseball operations employees.
