I am a Jill of almost all trades. Data entry using many of the popular programs, English transcription, editing of written work, research collection and organization, anything related to administrative or office work from restaurant to hotels and everything in-between.
I have over 20 years of experience working in customer service related fields from offices to restuarants. I have also worked on social media advertising campaigns.
I have a BA in psychology, 20 years' experience in service-related fields and office management, as well as basic IT courses offered by Google, although I use the internet daily and have a lifetime of experience with it for social purposes and research.
