Worked on Summer Staff in 2024, 2025, and 2026.
- Helped maintain camp vehicles, including vans, buses, and trucks, performing oil and coolant changes, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, minor repair work, cleaning and detailing.
- Drove buses and vans full of students and staff from main campus to north campus and back regularly for services. Also drove vans for recreation to canoeing and hiking locations.
- Updated and organized all safety data sheets in accordance with federal regulations.
- Facilitated small group discussions and mentorship conversations with students during summer camp and retreats.
- Built relationships with youth leaders and staff to coordinate times and scheduling for small groups and recreation.
- Delivered a public presentation/sermon as part of a leadership development program, and another to a youth group of around fifty individuals.
- Tutored students twice weekly, improving math, reading, and communication skills in the student.
- Assisted in other camp operations including campus cleaning, snack shack operation, guest parking during retreats, and skit participation for programming.

- Managed daily operations and maintenance of the church campus, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Responsible for facility operations during high-traffic events, handling logistics and setups.
- Fixed problems in areas such as the irrigation system, pest control, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and HVAC.
- Communicated with staff and teachers to coordinate maintenance scheduling.
- Operated security system, ensuring proper opening, closing, and monitoring of the premises.
Youth Small Group Leader at First Baptist Church of New Port Richey (2024-08 – 2025-05)
- Regularly led a small group discussion on Wednesday nights for a group of five to six boys in 9th and 10th grade.
- Led the youth group worship band composed of approximately 3-4 kids on each Wednesday night.
