Jasinta Sanchez

Hello my name is Jasinta Sanchez I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 12 years. I specialize in deep tissue, injury, Sports, Lymphatic and medical Massage. I am also a Reiki Master, and a breath work facilitator. I am known best for my depth in my pressure, as well as the many injury protocols I utilize in all of my massages whether it is Swedish and relaxing or therapeutic and transformative. Most of the techniques I use are myofascial, trigger point, PNF, specific injury protocols for each body part, cupping, with therapy tools, complete decongestive therapy for lymphedema and post op surgery, Stretching and alignment exercises. I am very passionate about healing and massage therapy. I fully believe that we carry everything in our body and massage therapy and not only feels good but it is vital to living a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I have a very strong work ethic. And believe in doing 110% every day.

I have worked at my own practice Yours Essentially Healing since August 2020 , Oregon. I moved to Gilbert Arizona in September 2023 Before that I was at Sante med spa in Portland, Oregon from 2018 to 2020. And before that I was at Bettys Day spa in Albuquerque New Mexico from 2013 to 2018 and before that I was at La Bella spa and salon in Albuquerque New Mexico from 2012 to 2013

I graduated from Nevada school Massage therapy in 2005. I have done countless hours of continuing education as I love learning and growing I did above and beyond the required hours. I recently got certifications in NLP, hypnosis, transformational breath work, and I am certified as a complete decongestive therapist with 135 hour certification course.
