My previous experience has been Chick-Fil-A and Portos. I have been in the food industry for awhile, so I would love to gain experience from being a sales representative. I am 21 years old, willing to learn and grow assisting customers focusing on the customer's needs and their enhancements on dealership and personal sales as well.
Chick fil a August 2020/November 2021
As a team member, I was responsible for serving guests by fulfilling orders and providing a great customer experience. In addition to taking orders on a register, I was able to become more proficient in money handling by processing transactions. I obtained a skillset to be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment all while maintaining great customer service and hospitality.
Gaining skills in customer service and hospitality are key skills that will carry over in my future job and career.
Portos November 2021- February 2023
Working in this large bakery, I am a food/drink runner, busser, and take guests orders when needed. I am constantly on the go providing and going beyond for our guests giving them a second mile service exceeding expectations and achieving amazing service in my best ability to the many guests that come in. Collaborating with the kitchen and coffee bar staff for correct delivery of orders.
Memorizing the menu and recommending pastries, meals and drinks from the restaurant. Everyday I continue to learn and grow to find ways to improve to pass on into my future.
