I am a TESOL professional with over twenty years of experience in the United States, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and East Asia. I have an M.A. in English (Applied Linguistics) and a CELTA certificate. During my graduate studies for my M.A., I was also employed at the ESL Institute of the University of Wisconsin where the director and team of full-time faculty trained, observed, and evaluated my classes.
I was assigned a "mentor," a full-time instructor in the faculty, and we met regularly, and he observed my classes twice a month. In addition to this training, I have recently obtained a CELTA certificate.
Over twenty years in both ESL and EFL.
Trained in both the theory and practice of TESOL.
