I am a dedicated and driven individual with a deep passion for the field of IT overall. Since a child I have always been fascinated with electronics and as I get older my interest in networking only grows. My inspiration comes from watching my father splice fiber optic cables and bounce signals from tower to tower growing up.
After spending quite a bit of time in the transportation industry with success I have decided to get back to my original passion in IT. What draws me to the subfield of Cyber Security is the challenge. I really truly believe that the field of Cyber Security will allow me to maximize on my strengths in helping to secure the interconnected environment we all live in now.
My background includes customer service, where I was able to hone my communication and team building skills. Those skills have proven invaluable to me in every aspect of my life. The ability to inspire a group to accomplish a set of goals that they themselves may have thought unattainable is extremely gratifying to me. Knowing that as a group we can accomplish anything, to include defending our networks against the ever-growing threat of cyber-attacks.
