I've worked in the restaurant industry for 3 plus years. I am very passionate about cooking and I enjoy creating dishes for other people to enjoy. Some skills I have is with cooking, knife skills, and other general skills that are needed in a kitchen.
I work at Burgers on Bishop where I worked my way up to the chef. I started out washing dishes, and helping out with the baking to taking orders, bussing tables and cleaning to cooking on the line, inventorying, creating specials, opening, and closing. I worked there for three plus years. I also started working at Robata Jinya, where I am a line cook at the ramen bar. I have been there for about one month.
I have a high school diploma from Hawaii Baptist Academy.
